Themes & Colours

Matching your invitations to your wedding colour scheme and theme creates a seamless experience from start to finish.

Where to start when you've seen all of the pretty things and wonderful ideas out there in the wilderness that is the internet? There's such a massive range of information and ideas out there, that knowing where to start with your own theme and colour scheme can be overwhelming.

The best way to start is to put together a mood board on something like Pinterest. You'll quickly start seeing common threads in everything you're pinning. And this isn't just for your wedding stationery either. You can use this method for venue styling, floral arrangements, on-the-day attire and everything else in between!

Collecting all of this inspiration in one place, while at first may seem like a chore (or a fall down the rabbit hole), will enable you to talk about your ideas and expectations with your various wedding suppliers. If you're hiring a wedding planner, this is going to give them a great head start in delivering you the wedding of your dreams. If you're managing your suppliers directly, it's going to be an easy way to make sure all these different businesses are on the same page when it comes to the look and feel you want for your big day.

And you never know, during the process you might be inspired by an unexpected colour scheme or a quirky theme that captures both of you perfectly!

Are you ready to do this?

There's a lot that goes into delivering the wedding on the century (which naturally your will be), and I'm here to make sure that the tone is set from the start. Whether you're going traditional, modern, romantic, quirky, (or any other adjective), let's make sure your wedding stationery sets the expectation!
