Semi-Bespoke Suites: How to Order-

2. Tell me all the details
Take a look at the wording in the designs to make sure you give me everything I need. You can of course get as beautiful as you like with the phrasing, but I still need the core details of who, when and where!
3. I'll send you a quote
If you agree to the quote, a 50% booking fee will be payable upfront for me to start working on your suite. This is non-refundable.
4. I'll work up a set of digital proofs for your approval
If there are any problems upon receipt of the proof let me know and I’ll fix them and get another copy over to you. You only get two revisions per piece, so make sure to be super thorough in your proofing and colour selection. How quickly you get back to me depends on how long this stage takes. Usually, it’s no more than a week.
5. When you’re happy I'll issue the invoice
Once the final 50% gets paid, I'll pass your suite over to my printing partner. When I get your pieces delivered to me I quality-check them, and if I’m happy I’ll repack them and get them over to you pronto! This can also take around 5 days, any longer and I’ll be sure to let you know.

The wedding suites I offer are all printed on a luxurious 300gsm Tintoretto Gesso, a fine Italian paper that has a ‘hammered’ texture which is satisfying to the touch and is perfect for special projects. It has a true white base so your colours will appear vibrant and crisp.
Matching envelopes in the same paper are included in the price for invitations, save the dates, and RSVPs, and are 90gsm.
Your suite will be passed to my partner printing company which has the most up-to-date range of digital printing presses and they take their eco-credentials very seriously!
If you’re looking to customise your suite with coloured envelopes, that’s something I can certainly help with, let me know in your first email to me so I can find the perfect thing for you! Other add-ons that you might like to think about include custom envelope liners, vellum overlays or wraps, silk ribbons, wax seals, and envelope addressing (either printed or hand-written)! Our suppliers of choice also commit to reducing their impact on the environment, from innovative packaging and sourcing carbon-neutral and eco-friendly papers to minimising and recycling their waste.
Returns and Exchanges
If there’s a problem with your order upon delivery do let me know and I’ll do my best to get things back on track for you should there be a misprint or damage. However, I can’t accept returns due to a change of heart.
From time to time, certain paper stocks or upgrades may become unavailable due to supply issues. You will be notified of these as they arise, and alternatives will be suggested where possible. Sadly, if these alternatives incur an extra cost, these will be passed on to you. As a small business, I don't have the ability to absorb these costs for you.
